We are excited to introduce you to Rahmir Pierce, our Director of Social Services and COO at Minority Health Initiative. With years of experience in social work and community outreach, Rahmir brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. In his role, he oversees the development and implementation of our social services programs, ensuring that they meet the unique needs of our diverse communities. Rahmir is passionate about promoting health equity and reducing disparities in healthcare, and his dedication is evident in all that he does. We are proud to have him as a part of our team and look forward to the impact he will continue to make in the lives of those we serve.

We are thrilled to announce the appointment of Jeanine Black, B.S.N. as the new Director of Clinical Services at Minority Health Initiative. With over a decade of experience in healthcare, Jeanine brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. In her new role, Jeanine will be responsible for overseeing the clinical operations of the organization as well as developing and implementing strategies to improve patient care and outcomes. Prior to joining Minority Health Initiative, Jeanine worked as a registered nurse at several prestigious healthcare institutions and has consistently demonstrated a passion for improving access to quality healthcare for underserved communities. We are excited to have Jeanine on board and are confident that her leadership will help us continue to make a positive impact on the health and well-being of the communities we serve.

With decades of experience in the field, Darleen brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our team. She is passionate about providing high-quality mental health services to underserved communities and has a proven track record of success in this area.
